Cheap Powermatic 1792006K Model PM2000 5 HP 3-Phase Table Saw with 50-Inch Accu-Fence System and Rout-R-Lift Review
This is not my first cabinetmakers saw,I had a Unisaw for 14years before giving it up for a MINI-MAX European combo machine. I bought this saw 16 months ago after deciding I preferred the American saws. The PM2000 cuts beautifully with 5hp of quiet power and no vibration. I have only one complaint. In less than a year one of the built in casters tread came apart. The retractable casters was the deciding factor when I purchased this machine over many other fine machines on the market, including the Powermatic 66. One phone call to Powermatics customer service and even though it was past the warranty period they sent out a new caster within a week. If not for the caster problem this saw would get 5 stars.
